THE OPPORTUNITY
Tomorrowland is the world’s most renowned electronic dance music festival, a global cultural phenomenon known for its scale, production, entertainment and storytelling. After a successful first edition in Brazil in 2024, Dialogue was reappointed for the second consecutive year to support the communications and operations team aiming to reinforce Tomorrowland’s position as one of the country’s most prestigious cultural experiences. The objective was to amplify visibility, strengthen emotional connection with fans, media, and stakeholders, solidifying the festival’s long-term presence in the Brazilian market.
THE APPROACH
Dialogue designed and executed a 360° PR and communications program aimed at building credibility, deepening editorial storytelling, and driving sustained brand engagement before, during, and after the festival. The strategy balanced global consistency with local authenticity, merging Tomorrowland’s world-class reputation with Brazil’s cultural energy and media landscape.
The scope included:
• Comprehensive national and LATAM press relations, strategic storytelling, and content localization.
• Executive and artist visibility programs across top-tier B2B, lifestyle, and entertainment outlets.
• Sponsorship amplification and partner visibility across earned and owned channels.
• Press office operations, media accreditation, on-site support, and realtime issues management.
• Coordination of guest relations, mobility, and press room management to ensure a seamless media experience.
In total, the agency managed the accreditation and on-site support of more than 210 journalists, facilitating exclusive interviews and coverage opportunities that maximized impact across broadcast, print, digital, and social media.
THE RESULTS
Dialogue’s work contributed to unprecedented visibility and positive brand sentiment for Tomorrowland Brasil 2025. The program generated more than 1,000 media placements, reaching an estimated 10.7 billion impressions across Brazilian and Latam outlets. Compared to the previous year, there was a 276.5 percent increase in tier 1 media attendance and a 71 percent growth in tier 1 coverage, reflecting the growing strength of Tomorrowland’s reputation in Brazil and Latin America. Coverage tone was overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the festival’s creative excellence, global relevance, and cultural impact. The collaboration between Tomorrowland and Dialogue demonstrated the power of integrated storytelling, meticulous planning, and shared vision, setting a new benchmark for music and entertainment communications in Latin America with a common excellence goal. Debby Wilmsen, Brand PR Lead at Tomorrowland, highlighted the success of this partnership, describing it as “an incredibly rewarding experience” and expressing her hope to continue collaborating on many more inspiring projects in the future.
