THE CHALLENGE

Teleperformance is the number one contact center and client relationship management company in the world. Founded in 1978, the Company operates nearly 147,000 computerized workstations, with more than 190,000 employees across 311 contact centers in 65 countries and conducts programs in more than 75 different languages and dialects on behalf of major international companies. Teleperformance was looking for a strategic communications agency to develop content to attract a broader range of B2B customers from various sectors.

THE WORK

Dialogue was hired to develop branded content for Teleperformance’s owned media channels including their global website, newsletter, marketing and promotional materials, as well as their social channels. Dialogue developed several blog posts which addressed their strategic objectives in a wide variety of sectors as well as live tweeted at the events they were sponsoring to position them as thought leaders, including the World Business Forum and the World Health Congress in Washington, D.C.

THE RESULT

Working with Dialogue in content development proved to be a successful partnership and enabled Teleperformance to continue to raise its profile in its target markets, establish the company as a thought leader and obtain new customers from a variety of new sectors.
