THE CHALLENGE

Adobe was interested in finding, developing and promoting customer stories to help increase its reputation and its target audience’s knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud.  To tell a story from the customer’s point of view is a very powerful resource for corporate reputation and sales, but it’s not always easy to bring to fruition and amplify with strategic media outlets. Customers also have to be willing. This is how we helped Adobe share a story for the eyes of many.  Adobe Experience Cloud business is a priority for Adobe, and they wanted to showcase top customer stories to give visibility of its capabilities on digital transformation and customer experience. Avianca was a powerful story they wanted to amplify in Mexico.

THE WORK

Dialogue partnered with Adobe to develop a PR plan and help them manage the communication with Avianca to bring the story to life. We established contact with Avianca’s corporate communications department to make the proposal, get the permissions for brand use, developed the narrative for the case study and coordinate an exclusive interview with top business magazine Fortune en español.

THE RESULT

Our efforts resulted in a powerful several-page case study for Adobe which was published in Fortune en español, and the case study was further utilized to boost sales in this fast emerging market.
